"Postcards from the Edge: Singapore" presentation with Jen Fletcher Voight from Kahler Slater Join us for an exciting presentation as we hear from Jen Fletcher Voigt from Kahler Slater, who spent the last year in Singapore for with 8 other team members from Milwaukee, working on the National University Hospital. Kahler Slater teamed with CI-AP (Consultants International - Architectects and Planners) a local firm in Singapore. The project includes an underground subway station, three floors of shopping mall, topped by a high-rise hospital tower all connected to the National University of Singapore on their college medical campus. Jen has traveled extensively while working on the project and has tons of photos and stories to share about working overseas, speaking Singlish (Singapore's version of English), the tropical climate and trying to blend in when you're a foot taller than everyone else.
