Two suites or one?

Does the building need to stay "mixed use" with 2 suites? or can I make it one function, such as a two story restaurant  or retail space?

The building does not need to remain 2 suites, you may propose one use if you wish.

design questions

Am I allowed to build out on the small triangle shape space behind the building? (the green on the site diagram)

The green parcel of land indicated in the site diagram is an easement on another property. Building is allowed on this, however it is limited to "non-permanent" structures.  Patios, decks, landscape features and other elements of this nature would be allowed here.  Permanent buildings would not be.

Program Brief Updates

The program brief has been updated.  We confirmed the date of the awards ceremony and that information has been added in the "schedule" section.

The date on the cover should read: "February 18, 2015"

No other information has changed.

Site Photos Link

The site photos download link is not working. Can you get this link to work?

The Site Photos link has been fixed.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Related disciplines are eligible and encouraged to participate!
